Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted beginning at 12:00 AM on August 7, 2025 and ending at 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, August 15, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Kansas, age 18 and older at the time of entry. Brick & Mortar Shirt Co. and Buzzin’ Nutrition employees, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter
You will automatically receive one entry into the drawing for each:

  • Paid Purchase of any product at Brick & Mortar Shirt Co., and/or

  • Paid Purchase of any product at Buzzin’ Nutrition, and/or

  • Donation of a new school supply item or a new book (Kindergarten reading level or above) at either location.

Each paid purchase or donation counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries you may earn. Purchases and donations must be completed during the Entry Period to qualify.

4. Prize
One (1) prize package can consist of, but may be modified without notice:

  • One (1) insulated Swig lunch tote from Buzzin’ Nutrition

  • One (1) Swig tumbler from Buzzin’ Nutrition

  • One (1) custom team shirt for a local K–12 school from Brick & Mortar Shirt Co.

  • One (1) $25 gift card to Trimee Drive-In

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
On Friday, August 15, 2025 at approximately 1:00 PM, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by facebook announcement. If the winner does not respond to notification within three (3) business days, an alternate winner may be selected in a second random drawing.

6. Claiming Prize
Winner must claim their prize in person at either Brick & Mortar Shirt Co. or Buzzin’ Nutrition within 7 days of notification. Winner will be required to present valid photo identification.

7. Privacy
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be sold to third parties.

8. General Conditions
Brick & Mortar Shirt Co. and Buzzin’ Nutrition reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond their control impair the administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway. In the event of cancellation, a drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Brick & Mortar Shirt Co., Buzzin’ Nutrition, their affiliates, and all promotional partners from any and all liability arising from or relating to this giveaway or the award, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law
This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas without regard to its conflict of law principles.
