Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be returned for store credit. Sale items cannot be returned.
Returns
You have 30 days from purchase to return an item for store credit or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Intimate or sanitary goods and gift cards cannot be returned. Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.
To receive store credit, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Without a receipt but with tags intact, you’ll receive credit for the lowest listed price.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, store credit will be issued within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items only. Email us at brickandmortarshirtco@gmail.com and send the item to Brick & Mortar Shirt Co, 2402 E Washington St, Fredonia KS 66736-1307, United States.
Gifts
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for approved returns. If not, store credit will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping
Send approved returns or exchanges to Brick & Mortar Shirt Co, 2402 E Washington St, Fredonia KS 66736-1307, United States. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using trackable shipping for items over $75.
Important Notice: Credit Card Surcharge Update
Starting October 1, 2024, a 3% surcharge will be applied to all orders paid with a credit card. This fee will not apply to payments made via debit card or ACH bank withdrawal. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this change to cover the increased costs associated with credit card transactions.
