What is Custom Embroidery?

Embroidery stitches thread directly into hats, polos, jackets, workwear, bags, and other items. The raised texture creates a durable, professional finish that works especially well for business logos, uniforms, names, monograms, team apparel, and branded merchandise.

Custom Embroidery Options

Custom Embroidered Hats & Beanies

Create professional embroidered baseball caps, trucker hats, Richardson-style caps, snapbacks, performance hats, beanies, and stocking caps. Popular placements include the front, sides, back, and folded beanie cuff. We’ll help confirm which logo size and placement work best for your selected hat.

Embroidery Artwork & Digitizing

Before embroidery begins, your logo or artwork must be converted into a stitch file through a process called digitizing. This file tells the embroidery machine where to stitch, the stitch direction, and which thread colors to use.

Clean vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF are preferred, although we can review high-resolution PNG files. Tiny lettering, gradients, shadows, distressed textures, thin lines, and very fine details may need to be simplified for clean stitching.

Thread Colors, Logo Size & Embroidery Placement

Popular embroidery placements include the left chest, right chest, sleeve, hat front, hat side, hat back, beanie cuff, jacket chest, upper back, and bag front. Available placements depend on the item’s seams, structure, material, and size.

We offer a wide range of thread colors and can help coordinate them with your garment and brand. Small lettering and fine details may need adjustment so your logo remains clean and readable after stitching.

Why Choose Custom Embroidery?

Raised stitching gives logos, names, and uniforms a polished, high-quality appearance.

Embroidery is made for repeated wear on hats, polos, jackets, fleece, and workwear.
